Master your Foraging Skills!

Level up your Survival Skills by learning how to forage the Appalachian Landscape, at my homestead in Blairsville!

We will welcome Caleb Arnold, a foraging, survival and herbalism expert. Caleb grew up in the North GA mountains and the land has continually shaped him and inspired awe. After years of self study and learning from local herbalists, foragers and primitive skills experts, He's spent the past 10+ years studying the historical uses of plants in this region used by the Cherokee and early Appalachian settlers, as well as walking his own path in the discovery of all things necessary for life and how they can come from the land around us. Caleb is certified in WFA (Wilderness First Aid). 

This 3 hour class will cover:

• Edible and Medicinal Plants

• Calories in/out

• How to harvest + process

• How to cultivate local plants to maximize food production

And there will be an open Q+A at the end to address any questions!

If you’d like, you’ll be able to buy a Plant Journal on site to use for the workshop as well as your future forading ID! Journals by Ever Wilder are $15.
